i need help with this board rsag7.820.6823

Hello this is a hisense rsag7.820.6823 turn on and it remains in logo. update via console but still the same
I leave an impression of the boot to see if they can help me

It is recommended to brush the bootstrap first and then upgrade the main program

load by data line with my rt809h and it is solved. I have a question. to load file by mtktools is a pkg modified in boot program or is there another file that I am not aware of
