pls support K9F2G08U0C@TSOP48 chip

My device is DVD in hyundai grand i10. It's login to WinCE when turn on.
Now i try copy NAND Flash to Bin File by RT809H. Then check bad block, Erase again. rewrite the copied file

but now Solder the chip into the board, it doesn't turn on like the original
Chip error or I do failed something

It showed that there is block in your chip, so that's the chip problem.

I try all setting, wirte ok, verify ok. But put it back to main board cannot power up.

firt, it work normal.
What should I do to make it work again like the first time?

Chip problem, you can change another chip to try.

Because at first your operation is wrong, do not program the master slice at beginning.
