PHILIPS 55PFS8159/12 HANGS ON LOGO

Philips 55pfs8459/12 came in for repair, the fault was hangs on logo (philips),
what i did is directly write a similar dump download from this forum(came from similar set) but suddenly the Tv is dead, no red light and only a printed badge on the case of the tv lights up, nothing displayed on the screen.
but before writing the EMMC dump i went to Settings and choosed this options as described in the picture
and done an Erase to the chip, then write it,
after reseach on the forum found that the option RPMB should be left blank not thickened !
is this EMMC chip dead, and how to recover plz help..
