MS901K半边图像花屏故障维修

本案例由欧阳敏提供。

维修一块TCL的主板，MS901K方案，板号为40-M901KV-MAD2HG。故障现象是半边图像花屏，测试图像如下:

这个板图像由倍频电路处理后输出的一个4k的信号，华星光电的屏，既然开机半边图像正常那么主板那边的电路是正常的，接上倍频电路的串口打印查看如下:

显示的ddr检测不过，既然已经有图像了，那么就查运行内核的ddr。拆下散热片看倍频芯片型号为MST6M40A,在mstar方案的芯片左侧为ddr0，芯片顶部为ddr1也就是加载内核的ddr。首先测试供电跟基准电压都正常，测试回路压降，通讯也是正常的。更换两片ddr1试机图像正常。
