创维机芯8S40不开机，打印信息求助

创维机芯8S40不开机，求助打印信息含义  ，信息跑到Starting kernel 《启动内核》停止，请问论坛大佬这个是说明主程序问题吗？另外中间有段提示检测不到信息，求助老师帮忙分析一下！！
