单从打印信息上来看,这个打印信息是完全正常的,按照先易后难的原则,先对主板升级。
将脚本文件和强升包放入U盘根目录,进入控制台,控制台下输入升级命令:run recvoery_from_flash,快速进入升级模式。
升级界面如下:
升级完成后,故障现象不变,排除软件自身问题,卡开机画面的原因非常多,我们先来分析一下卡开机画面有哪几种可能性。
1、软件自身问题(已排除);
2、硬件部分的EMMC电路、DDR电路和CPU自身;
3、受I2C总线控制的接口电路;
既然软件自身可能性已经被我们排除,剩下的依然是先易后难的原则,先检查I2C总线控制的接口电路,此板外挂电路分别有高频头,本地网卡和AV切换电路,伴音功放。
分别断开三部分电路的I2C总线,当断开本地网卡和AV切换电路的总线时,可以正常进入系统,遥控功能也正常,只是不能用有线网络和AV,故障范围锁定在此电路。
测量5V和3.3V电压正常,测量三路内部LDO输出的1.8V也正常,测量P220与主芯片之间的通讯时发现R763阻值非常大为几百K。
更换为47欧,恢复总线通讯电阻。
通电故障排除!
总结:卡开机画面的故障应该是比例最高的,故障部位还是多种多样的,这就需要平时学习总结,而且卡开机画面故障部位在DDR电路最为常见,有的同学经常会问,打印信息显示开机初始化DDR的时候已经通过了,为什么还是DDR故障呢?其实开机初始化的时候就像我们去医院体检一样,只是做了一个抽样检查而已。
也就是说,打印显示开机初始化DDR通过,并不代表DDR电路完整正常工作。
那么打印显示开机初始化DDR失败,是不是就一定是DDR电路故障呢?
答案仍然是否定的!
结论是:打印显示开机初始化DDR通过,并不代表DDR电路正常,打印显示开机初始化DDR失败,也不代表DDR电路不正常。
