海尔统帅L32N1冷开机不开机，按电源开关5.6次之后电视机能开机，工作正常，第二天开机还是如此，在网上查说的技改，同行们谁知道怎么改，谢谢大家

先查查是不是PFC问题咯，二次开机转灯的前提。
