Really i can't believe that , this programmer can't read and write this chip

All programmers from year 2000 to 2017 can read and write all these old chips 29F800 , 29F400 , 29F200,...etc, and RT809H they said can't do that....this is impossible .
because the RT809H read and write 160@TSOP 48 Series
the problem its missing lot of Algorithm (ALGO)...
here D:\RT809H\LIB...........

所有程序员从2000年到2017年都可以读写所有这些旧芯片29F800,29F400,29F200，...等，以及RT809H他们说不能这样做....这是不可能的。
因为RT809H读写160 @ TSOP 48系列
它的遗漏很多算法（ALGO）的问题...
这里D：\ RT809H \ LIB ...........
