I have the same problem...

when I use offline. it returns the same the same problem.
however, when I program it Online then the read and write are working even if programming multiple times

But in order to make the online process working then you need to connect the 12v power supply to the programmer in addition to usb cable. because the 5v USB cable provide is not sufficient to power the chip correctly.
so make sure :
1- ground is connected to motherboard ground.
2- the 12v power supply is connect to the programmer as well as the USB cable off course.
3- choose the right keyboard pins in the software.
4- press read button and in only one second after pressing the read button connect the laptop power cable to the motherboard.

and you are ready to read and reprogram the chip as much as you want.

12V to programmer will damage your programmer....我的已经烧掉了...别信
