The current capacity of VCC is not enough，you can disconnect the DDR power supply,then connect VCC to TV mainboard,  or disconnect VCC and using the original power supply board.

TV must be in standby mode, if can ensure normal power of EMMC, the power of the other chips can be disconnected, including the master.

It's a problem with programmer itself for sure.
I borrowed second one programmer (RT809H) from my friend and everything is fine.
There is one difference, my friend has PCB V1.70, my is PCB V1.60.

Please help me...
