too slow in write  and write for 12% then error

this problem that the SST49LF003B@PLCC32 has 1mb protected area so from 00000 to 20000F
is protected we need to adjust the start from 0 to 20000 hex
i modifie the file with winhex to work and add 128K for 384k to become 512
128K IS filed with FF
