i just bought peb-1 expansion board.
i soldered tqfp128 socket to keyboard interface.
i can read, erase, write used it8586e chip without any problem.

question is

i bought 100pcs it8586e new.

programmer can not detect new it8586e

with new it8586e is there something to do?
