We were test a blank chip on the Win XP and Win8 . It's OK,no problem.

Where were you bought those chips ? Maybe they were reconditioned ?

(As far as I know, most of  these part numers are reconditioned chips on the Taobao and Aliexpress, IT8586,IT8587,IT8386,IT8580...)

You may test them on another PC or buy some chips from another supplier.

我有5个rt809f的。我买了一个新的PEB-1。终于我有2个PEB-1。我又买了ite8586e系列。那是以前测试过给我。供应商进行了测试，他们说没有问题的工作。我的问题仍然存在。我不会写it8586e。

i have 5 pieces of rt809f. i bought a new peb-1. finally i have 2 pieces of peb-1. i bought another ite8586e series. that was tested before send to me. supplier tested them and they said working without problem. my problem still exist. i cannot write it8586e.

软件每天都在更新，将支持更多的芯片。  你可以将软件更新到最新版本，打开软件，芯片栏找找，里面能找到的芯片都是支持的。

每天更新就没最新版了，这样看有点吃力。

我关键还是看华邦系列的单片机支持的情况如何，能读写引导区不？

将你需要读写的芯片输入搜索框中找找，如果有，就一定支持。如果没有，将芯片发到“添加芯片”的相关贴子里。
