按住红外遥控主页键和菜单键，通电后进入三清界面执行3清后重新启动一般能恢复正常。如果还不行需要换EMMC。

多试几下，有的型号需要同时按着电视机开关键。

有些遥控器不行，如果你有测试红外遥控器的接收器，测试一下同时按键能否继续发送信号，我遇到过一个小米换了个红外遥控才进去三清的

用原装遥控器也不能进三清，又找了个emmc数据写入，开机也是卡在MI界面。大师们看是什么地方出问题？打印信息上面一样，。
