Read and Write SST49LF016C

Hello Sir.
I come to ask for help to read and write the SST49LF016C TSOP32.
I have the RT809H programmer, I select the component but the following message appears:



the component has 32 pins and informs that it is not making contact on the pins, above 32!
Can you please help?

Thanks for answering me.
I was careful and everything is well selected and the component is in the right position.
I don't understand why it doesn't work!
I have the idea that it may be configured for TSOP40 and not TSOP32.
Is it possible to confirm?
I don't know how to do it and if it's possible for me to do it.
