求助：海信LED48K300U引导

用户升级失败，开机无图无声，按面板开机键指示灯红蓝有变化，遥控器任何按键都无效。求助：EMMC程序或者是引导程序

爱修网官方备份找到相似机型文件：LED48K3000U(BM1)(0000)_6299_海思HI3751_HD4800DU-B31_809H_EMMC_AUTO，刷入后故障不变。

进度条到50%几报错，重新刷一样的问题

刷了引导，可是插上U盘的升级包，没有反应

按面板上在音量减键可以读U盘，但是不升级，打印信息如下，是什么原因，淘宝买的升级包
