338平台开机卡LOGO,打印信息看不懂,求指点

三洋43CE1230D1主板CV338H-A42A,开机卡第一屏LOGO,强刷机可以正常刷完,故障不变。查看打印信息,看不懂,有没高手指点下是哪里问题?打印信息一直卡在“sending IPI to all other CPUs:”后面重复跑。
