problem RT809H in tcl with main board 40-MS882S2-MAC2HG

hi all members.
i have problem of program RT809H in tcl with main board 40-MS882S2-MAC2HG "1MS488ZZAEU.01" CPU MSD6488MVE.
i read the emmc of tv working with RT809H after connect all pin "CLK,CMD,D0,GND", i used the power supply of tv to get 1.8V and 3.3V and i made a short circui "cc" in quartz.
the read is good.
i'm sure the file it's ok but if i try to put the program in EMMC but the tv can't work.
i try to change the value of csd_ext (179) and 177, 162, but is the same problem.
after that i contact the tcl company, he give me the EMMC file "boot"+ "rom" but the rom file 7Go with IMG extension , i try to programming the emmc with this file , i try with add CSD_ext wich i read and i try with csd-ext modefied but all times the tv not working.
the RT809H he can't open the ROM or boot1, boot2, csd_ext one by one with different icon to open it, he accept only to open the ext_csd and this file open automatically the boot1,2 and rom.
please hel me to solve this problem by idea or any solution to programming this emmc and work the tv.
