RT809H_20210101 PROBLEM with WINDOWS 10

PLEASE HELP. I downloaded the latest RT809H_20210101 a few days ago, all was well but today the application has been deleted by the Antivirus . Even allowing through the firewall does not help. I even disabled Antivirus but as soon as i finish downloading the App this happens: RT809H_20210101_ENG.rarFailed - Virus detected

Thank you, i tried everything but its getting deleted. I am able to use it when i turn off my network connection on my laptop.
Maybe i am not doing what you said the correct way.
If you can, please post a few steps on how to go about. I am sure i am not the only one experiencing this problem.
