S34ML02G100TFI000 doesn't write correctly

Hello, I'm Brazilian and that's why I have difficulty with the language.
We have in Brazil several Semp Toshiba televisions with nand flash S34ML02G100TFI000.
When using the RT809H she always suffered data but with errors.
The software of the RT809H says that there is no BAD BLOCK and even so it presents data inconsistency.
Even though there is no bad block, if you use the algorithm to skip the bad block and realign the data, it presents infinite bad blocks and an endless loop.
Any tips on how to write the s34ml02g100tfi00?

Thanks for the feedback, by ignoring bad block the software ignores all blocks and remains hours and hours without completing.
All the other integrated circuits I've tried have written well, just in my difficulty. I saw some other reports from colleagues in the forums in Brazil, who were also unsuccessful with this specific integrated circuit.

As it was not possible to record the ci "S34ML02G100TFI000" using automatic detection.
It was necessary to manually choose the CI S34ML02G100BHI00 @ BGA63.
So that it was possible to record successfully.
