I cannor erase full GL064N90FFA04

Hi my friends, i have a problem to can program BGA memory GL064N90FFA04, with socket RT-BGA64-01 V1.0, my problem is i cannot erase full the ic, at the address: "Chip is not blank, start position: 0x800008."

I checked in 2 ic´s more, and continuous with the same problem, then, i cannot clone exactly the original memory data.
I have the last version RT809H (20201106)

Someone idea?
