Change from byte to word mode

Hi i buyed this programmer now need to write 28f128 BGA64 in Word mode to check if flash is ok but i cant find any configuration to change this in Programmer

Yes but this chip have byte and Word mode in normal mode i think is byte mode (need to long for writing) and i need Word mode While CCC works only in Word mode so i Write with byte mode but some CCC Dont work after i try with used Flashes it mean i need to write in word mode to check if flash working in this mode
