How to Read Lattice ECP3 Family FPGA with RT809H

Dear Master,
I am trying to read Lattice EPC3 Family FPGA but Faild,

The IC i trying to read is LFE3-35EA-8FN484C

I use JTag cabling. as no ISP function on Lattice menu, i try to use Altera ISP .

I try to find same algorithm IC on the list. but there is no IC matching with LFE3-35EA-8FN484C.

If you can add this chip to next update it would be greatfull!!!

If you need to read the data, look at the chip of SOP8 next to this chip.

Thank you for the reply.
As you told i read next SOP8 successfully using 7 Cables (ISP).

the IC is EN25Q32.
