I bought a RT809H Programmer bundle. But how to i register for a warranty? BTW, i'm a Malaysian and i've email to those guy but with no reply. those guys i found on this website supplier for Malaysia. i think he doesn't care. So, can admin say something how to i register my serial number? thanks. Inaddition, i'm use to using Xeltek 560 programmer before.

Open the programmer interface 002 shows the serial number, keep a good purchase record, normal damage within a year of free warranty.Contact the dealer.

But i'm in Malaysia and the dealer you said in Malaysia are ignore me. i bought this programmer on Taobao because it come's with all adapter with a good price. So who can i ask for help if anything happen to my existing programmer? If i sent back to china, it cost me a lot because before this i have ask sending to chine below 1kg cost me about MYR70.
