Привет. Если ещё актуально. Возможно, низкое напряжение по линии USB. Вариант попробовать на другом PC. Или подключить дополнительный блок питания... Встречал такие бсуждения именно по TSOP-56. MX29gl128e упоминается. Хотя проблема была именно в работе со всеми TSOP-56 чипами.
