You must download latest RT809F software in this site and correctly install.When you use it, you must manually select "RDA" letter.It is located under the manufacturers heading.After you have selected RDA,you can see RDA8501_EXT_SPI#. At this time, you must click OK.And then load the firmware file by clicking"Open" tab.And then click Write Tab.But system won't work and warn you to power off.And power on again.After you did power On and Off,the system will work normally.But you must wait very long time.Be patient,it will OK.

你是什么版本？这芯片早就有在线读写的啊。
